It was our 1st competitive match for our u10s and Millmoor were the visitors to storthes hall. Town dominated the majority of the 1st half keeping good possession and creating some goal scoring opportunities and finally breaking the deadlock through a timely interception from Daniella Wood which fell to Sienna Noble who calmly slotted the ball into the bottom corner. However, just before half time and against the run of play, Millmoor managed to equalise making it 1-1 at half time. 

 

In the 2nd half Millmoor improved there performance and as the game went on the town players seemed a bit tired from the long Christmas break and Millmoor managed to score another 2 goals to seal the victory. 

 

Overall a solid performance from the girls in a very tough game which could have gone either way. Player of the match went to Abi Shaw who worked extremely hard on the wing and showed a lot of skill on the ball.
