Towns under 12's secured their second piece of silverwear in as many seasons after overcoming an early scare in the Shield Final against Rovers Foundation.
Town weren't at the races in the opening 10 minutes and found themselves 2 goals down when poor tackling all over the park lead to 2 breakaway Rovers goals.
Shellshocked, Town clawed their way back into it as MOM Ella Rejiba was introduced after 15 minutes to turn the game on its head. The powerful midfielder battled through the back line and on the 2nd bite at the cherry finished low into an empty net.
It was now all Town with Firth, Rejiba, Hall and Dyson all going close before great wing play from Dyson saw her cross turned home by Burgess to make it 2 all.
HT: 2-2
The 2nd half belonged to Town who scored another 4 unanswered goals to claim their title.
Hall and Burgess combined brilliant to produce a goal a piece with each returning the favour of the assist.
An indirect free kick saw Rejiba nearly knock the goalposts over when Firths lay off was met by a ferocious shot that cannoned back off the bar.
Taylor-Williams saw her tame shot squirm its way under the keeper into the corner before Dyson rounded off the game with a well deserved goal when her drilled shot was hit across goal into the far corner.
Rovers pulled one back 5 minutes from time but Town held on the deservedly lift the Shield for the 2nd time in a row.
