Our u12's made it 5 wins from 5 to continue there great start to the season. Town started the better keeping good possession of the ball and took the lead early when Evie Franks shot was saved by the Worksop keeper however the defender was very unlucky as she tried to clear the ball but actually scored an own goal. Worksop were a physical side and grew into the game well but town were a constant threat and had plenty of chances to add to there lead but the Worksop keeper made some great saves and was very brave coming off her line. Eventually however town managed to double there lead when Lucia Morrison who worked tirelessly all game calmly slotted the ball passed the keeper. Full credit to Worksop though they never gave in all game and managed to pull a goal back to make it 2-1, Slight confusion between Maisie and Mia allowed the Worksop striker to intercept the ball and have a simple tap in. This didn't seem to affect Town who kept pushing forward and got a 3rd before half time as Jude Mellors shot from distance was too powerful and went underneath the keeper. Half time 3-1

Town started the 2nd half slowly and Worksop had chances to pull a goal back but Mia Jovic made some great saves to thwart any Worksop attacks. Arguably against the run of play town scored a 4th and it was Lucia Morrison who scored again. Worksop continued to work hard and there striker who was Worksops best player scored a 2nd goal as she ran through on goal and slotted the ball into the corner to make it 4-2. From this point town managed the game very well and had plenty of chances to add more goals but failed to find the back of the net. The game finished 4-2. Player of the match went to Ava Jones who was excellent all game playing in different positions, defending very well and was excellent in possession.

Overall another good win from the u12's who keep there 100% record. The team seemed to improve every week however the girls know there's a lot more work to do.
