Huddersfield started the game on the front foot and put Rotherham under pressure but couldn't find a breakthrough.

Eventually Harriett Waller scored their opener quickly followed by another goal 2-0 and this pattern continued throughout the game with Huddersfield dominating possession.

The front 3 combined to cause Rotherham problems and it was pleasing that the goals were spread around the team with Olivia Burgin (1), Frances Keddie (1) and Brodie Haigh (2) all finding the net from defence and midfield respectively.
