The game started with both teams trying to get a good start to the game and then against the run of play Phoebe Lodge beat the offside trap to finish calmly 1-0 Huddersfield. 

The game then became a bit of a stalemate with both sides trying to gain the upper hand until a Sheffield corner came in and the Town defence didnt react and the ball was prodded home 1-1.

Half time 1-1

The second half started the same as the first but a mistake in the Huddersfield defence led to a simple finish 1-2 and the game was more or less over 5 minutess later when a cross from the right looped over the Town keeper to make it 1-3.

ICoach Neil Cairns commented that "he couldn't have asked for more from the team They gave me everything and played with their hearts on their sleeves if we had been a bit more composed in front of goal it could have been a diffrent result."
