The under 9's won their second group game with another fine win, this time away to Charnock Ridgeway.

Town took the lead in the 9th minute when Isabelle Cleverly scored Town's opener.  

Charnock then replied with 2 goals in 2 minutes to take a 2-1 lead before Cleverly levelled things up.

Our own terrier Holly Wilkinson then added a quick fire double to put Town 2-4 up at half time, the second when she was played in by Alysia Singh.

Charnock came on strong at the start of the second half and only some determined defending kept them at bay.

The ball was played towards the Charnock goal and Wilkinson made no mistake to complete her hat trick (2-5).

Madison Hamilton then hit the Charnock post before Singh fizzed a shot wide.

Town completed their scoring when Harriet Oldfield hit a screamer into the Charnock Ridgeway net.
